What is the typical shipping time for orders?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer pre-assembled keyboards or only kits?
We primarily specialize in DIY mechanical keyboard kits for enthusiasts. However, we do offer pre-soldered PCBs and occasional limited runs of fully assembled units. Please check the product description for the 'Assembly Required' tag.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We accept returns on unused, unbuilt items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that once components like switches or controllers have been soldered to a PCB, they are no longer eligible for return due to the nature of electronic assembly.
How do I get help with programming my Keebio keyboard?
All our keyboards are compatible with QMK and VIA firmware. We provide comprehensive documentation on our website and have an active community Discord server where you can find troubleshooting guides and layout configuration tips.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by their local customs office upon the arrival of the package.
What should I do if a component in my kit is defective?
We stand by our product quality. If you receive a defective PCB or component, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue before attempting to solder, and we will arrange for a replacement.
