We want you to be fully satisfied with your Keebio purchase; if your keyboard components don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unassembled condition. Please note that soldered or modified PCBs and kits are generally ineligible for return due to the nature of custom electronics.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unassembled, and haven't been soldered or modified.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail the package to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
